App support

Tell us what happened, your device model, and your app version. Please don’t email passwords, payment details, or private recordings.

Subscriptions

For an iPhone subscription, open Settings on your device, tap your name, then Subscriptions. Deleting the app or your LevelYap account does not cancel your App Store subscription.

Your data

Open your profile in LevelYap to export your entries, delete entries, or delete your account. If you can’t sign in, email us from the address associated with your account. We may need to verify ownership before deleting data.
